This past weekend the Mississinewa Lady Indians Soccer team fell to a very tough Delta team. The Indians fought hard to the very end but just fell short losing 6-2. Lia Luchetti scored one of two goals for the Indians and assisted a goal to Michaela Cook. Savannah Herera did a great job defensively with four saves.
The first of three straight home matches for the Mississinewa Lady Indians kicks off tonight as they host Bluffton. The Indians are 5-1 on the season with their lone loss coming to Tipton on Saturday at the Elwood Invitational. The theme for tonight’s Volleyball match will be a “WHITEOUT” come on out and support your Lady Indians as they take on the Tigers.
For the first time all season Coach Josh Dakin and his Lady Indians golf team will have a complete team. The team tonight will be made up of Ashtynn Brubaker, Shaylee Nottingham, Layla Kikendall, and Lily Walton. “I’d like to see all my girls go out and try their best this will be the first time all season we will be able to compete for a team score” said Dakin. “I just want to see some growth not only in our experienced girls but our beginners as well”. The Indians will travel to Frankton tonight for a 4:30pm match. Head out to Frankton and support your Lady Indians tonight.
