High School and RJB winter athletic schedules are up for this season.
Covid-19: Before entering sporting events at Mississinewa High School and RJ Baskett Middle School masks are required and please social distance so Indian athletes can keep doing what they love.
Football: In a week 9 win this past Friday, Coach Buresh and his tribe took down Elwood 56-6 to end the regular season. Now, the Indians will put all focus on sectional #20 where the Indians will welcome long time rival Marion to Fisher Field this Friday for round one as they start the road to Indianapolis. A season ago the Tribe knocked off Marion in the sectional championship at Marion within seconds on a field goal by now senior Andre Sallade.
Let’s take a look at week 9 stats for the Indians.
Hayden Nelson rushed for 87 yards and ended the night with 5 carries.
Landry Rock was 5-7 with 93 yards passing.
On the receiving end Carson Campbell with 43 yards.
Girls Basketball: Coach Friday and her Tribe are off and going for the 2020-2021 season. The lady Indians will travel to Ft. Wayne Wayne for their scrimmage on October 31st.
