Tribe Sports Report

MHS Track . Due to the severe weather in the area last night, the Track and Field event with Anderson Prep and Muncie Burris was postponed. There has not been a date set as of now to finish that meet.

Tonight’s Events . MHS Girls Tennis travels to Marion to open up their season at 5:00pm. MHS Baseball hosts Yorktown, and the JV Indians travel to Yorktown at 5:00pm. MHS Softball begins it’s season at Wapahani tonight, and RJB Softball travels to Northwestern for a 5:30pm first pitch. The MHS Baseball game against Yorktown can be seen live on MCSC Athletics YouTube provided by TribeTV.

Today’s Sports World Update

NBA . The Pacers lost to Denver last night 107-104, but still hold on to a 5-seed for the playoffs.

MLB . Here are some scores from around the league.

• Kansas City defeats Detroit 1-0
• Toronto 14-5 over the Chicago White Sox
• Milwaukee wins 5-4 over St. Louis
• The Cubs and Reds were postponed.
