Indians Football closed out the regular season with a CIC victory at Alexandria 69-20. Cade McCoin had four touchdown passes. Heisman Skeens (3), Cade Campbell (2), Jay Jones, and Chris Pavey rounded out the scoring for the Indians. Mississinewa plays Frankfort on the road in the first round of sectionals this Friday at 7:00pm. The winner of that game will play either Marion or Delta, and could be a chance for the Indians to play again at Fisher Field early in the tournament.

Lady Indians Volleyball ended the season in the second round of sectional action on Saturday against Heritage in three straight sets.
Cross Country will send two runners to the Semi State event in Ft. Wayne this upcoming weekend. Brennan Butche won the boys race at 15:26.3. He will travel north with Aurora Fisher who battled back this season to advance with a great performance on Saturday.
Congratulations Mississinewa Boys Tennis, Isaac Torres for being selected to participate in the Indiana Senior All-Star Classic on November 4th at DePauw University. Torres was also recognized as an All-District honoree along with the doubles pair of Seth Graves and Chandler Morrison.

Professional Sports Update
The Yankees return to New York down 2-0 to the Houston Astros after two huge battles this past weekend in the American League Championship Series (ALCS). Game time tonight is 8:00pm (FS1) with Morton facing off against Sabathia on the mound.
The Chicago Cubs will return to Wrigley in the National League Championship Series (NLCS) with a 2-0 deficit to overcome as Justin Turner launched a walk-off, three-run blast in the bottom of the 9th inning last night to give the Dodgers the advantage. Darvish will take on Hendricks on Tuesday at 9:00pm (TBS).
The Tennessee Titans host the Indianapolis Colts for Monday Night Football (NFL) at 8:30pm (ESPN). Both teams enter the game with a 2-3 record.
On Wednesday the Indiana Pacers will host Brooklyn at 7:00pm. (NBA)
