School’s End, Big Results, Tennis All-CIC

On Monday evening, the Grant Four tournaments for Baseball resumed at Mississinewa High School (JV) and Taylor University (V). The Indians picked up two titles by the end of the evening. The 7th (7-3) and 8th (11-1) Grade Baseball teams also finished their inaugural seasons with winning records. The Indians play tonight in IHSAA Sectional action at Bellmont High School against Norwell starting at 5:30pm.


Softball completed their 2017 campaign on Tuesday with a 13-inning loss to Heritage (2-3). The Lady Indians struggled toward the end of the year, but had a very encouraging season.


IMG_0692Mississinewa High School Lady Tennis had several athletes honored with Central Indiana Conference honors.

Girls Track & Field had two Freshman athletes compete in the IHSAA Regionals this week. Carli Fones finished 5th in the 100m and Aurora Fisher competed in the 3200m with an improved time from her sectional performance.
